Right for getting membership:
1. The user using this website must follow the membership eligibility criteria of being above 18 years of age if the user is a female and above 21 years of age if the member is a male.
2. The user shall be legally capable to marry and shall be of a healthy and sound mind.
3. The user shall be prohibited from using any information available on the site for any recreational purpose or to repost it as claiming its own.
General condition:
1. The user must agree and accept all the terms and conditions mentioned on the website.
2. The user must agree and admit that once you become a member of SnehaBandha, the membership period shall be for six months or one year as per the chosen package. For an extended membership the user needs to renew the membership and so on.
3. The user must provide their legal name along with the valid residential address, valid email address and a valid mobile number.
4. All the information, documents and photographs needed during the signup process must be provided during registration or within 7 days of registration.
5. If multiple profiles of the same person are found on the website, SnehaBandha reserves its rights to deactivate such extra profiles without any prior notice and refund of fees.
Privacy Policy:
1. The privacy of personal details of the user is important to SnehaBandha.
2. SnehaBandha has a system to maintain all the confidentiality of all the private information other than those meant to be shared on the profile of the user.
3. SnehaBandha does not assure that any documents or information uploaded by other users on our website will match exactly to your expectations. The main service of SnehaBandha Is to work as medium between its users and provide a platform to find a lawful association.
Payment of membership fees and methods of payment:
1. The payments can be made by cash/cheque at the office or through net banking. The user can deposit the payment on the SnehaBandha Matrimony bank account number as well.
2. Also, for the convenience of the user we have provided an online payment method via UPI ID and OR code.
3. SnehaBandha will activate its service only after realization of the payment by the user.
4. The user shall be liable to pay an extra charge mentioned by the bank if the cheque is dishonoured.
5. The membership charges once paid by the user are non-refundable.
Details uploaded by the user:
1. The user needs to complete the registration procedure with nobility and fairness.
2. In no case, the user shall hold SnehaBandha responsible, for the details uploaded by any other users.
Responsibility of the user:
1. The user is not allowed to share their username and password with any other third person.
2. The user shall take appropriate precautions and proper care before completely relying on the details mentioned in their profiles by other members and only then finalize that profile.
3. The user shall completely analyse and investigate and make adequate efforts to verify the information provided by theother member before making a choice of match.
4. The user shall themselves verify the family background, annual income, degree, educational background, character, occupation, health status, marital status, location etc. since SnehaBandha will not be responsible to verify every member information.
5. The user agrees and accepts that they shall inform SnehaBandha after their marriage is finalized either by visiting our office or by contacting us via email or phone call.
6. The user agrees and accepts that the profile created on the website will be deleted after the completion of membership duration (unless the user wants to renew it) or after the marriage is fixed.
Communication with our members:
1. The member agrees and acknowledge that SnehaBandha shall use the contact number, email address as a means of communication with the members.
2. The user agrees and accepts that as soon as the registration is done, SnehaBandha has his consent to communicate with them via email, voice calls, recorded calls, SMS etc. the member shall not make any complaints of the same.
Legally separated /Divorced:
1. SnehaBandha in any condition will not be held responsible for the authenticity of the certificate of court order of separation.
2. The user agrees and acknowledges that it is solely the user’s responsibility to check the authenticity of such certificates of the court.
Conflicts between members:
1. The members agree and admits that in any situation SnehaBandha is not responsible for any dispute or conflicts between the members.
2. SnehaBandha is not accountable to monitor any kind of disputes and shall not be made a party to the same.
Breach:
1. The member agrees and acknowledges that if our SnehaBandha matrimony receives any complaints from the other members that some member is using his membership profile for physical favour, financial assistance or any other type of personal relationship other than marriage than SnehaBandha has all the rights to terminate his/her membership without any notice or prior information.
Renewal policy and packages:
1. The member agrees and accepts that a month before the expiry of the period of membership, the renewal option will be kept open.
2. During the period of membership, the user cannot keep his/her membership on hold in any event, incidence or circumstances.
3. SnehaBandha offers two packages to its members. a) Basic Package.b) Premium Package.
4. The members as per their requirement may be allowed to upgrade their package from basic to premium if they wish to.

Rights to alter the terms and conditions:
1. SnehaBandha holds all the rights to alter its terms and conditions at any point of time without any prior notice to its members, any revised terms and conditions will be notified here itself.
